The oldest road race in North America (since 1894). This challenging 30K loops around Hamilton Harbour with the infamous Valley Inn Hill at km 25. A Canadian running institution.
Course
Loop around Hamilton Harbour. Flat for 24K then the brutal Valley Inn Hill at 25K followed by a fast downhill finish.
